Regional Branch Manager - Operations
Semi-Trailer Big Box (www.stsbbx.com) a successful, growing Equipment Rental and Sales Company (Chassis-Dry Vans-Flats-Reefers-Containers) is looking for a Regional Branch Manager - Operations to become part of our Branch office in Atlanta (Lawrenceville), Georgia. This individual will be responsible for the day to day management of the Business Office, Equipment Sales and Maintenance (shop/facilities/mechanics) departments. The Regional Branch Manager will also be responsible for managing the Operations staff and management team in our Dallas (Wilmer), Texas branch.
Qualified candidates will be comfortable working in a fast paced small business environment, will be a strong leader, great team builder, and have great communication, and motivation skills. You will be challenged to grow revenues, yourself, manage and build staff, minimize cost and maximize profitability. Candidates with backgrounds in Operations and experience in managing Fleet, Drivers, Mechanics, Rentals or Equipment Sales are preferred and will be favored.
