Part time Marketing Intern

Semi-Trailer Big Box ( a successful, 9 million dollar, growing Equipment Sales Company is looking for entrepreneurially spirited, career driven Marketing Interns with diverse skill sets in: Marketing - Graphics - Social Media - Web Design for a part-time role in our Business Office in Atlanta (Lawrenceville) Georgia. Our Interns learn by doing! They take on the same challenges as our full-time professionals. This PAID internship offers corporate level experience in B2B marketing and can lead to career opportunities in marketing, sales, and sales management.

As an Intern you will grow and learn at an extremely energized pace. You will sharpen your digital marketing abilities, gain practical professional on the job experience with various marketing media and techniques, and learn what it takes to run a successful business. All while receiving mentorship and professional development from our managers and associates.

You will work on and coordinate a wide range of marketing processes and projects including:

- Assist in Creating Content for email campaigns - Direct Mail - Rack Materials

- Assist in Company Website Changes - Updates

- Assist in the Distribution or Delivery of Marketing Material

- Assist in Database Management - Input - Reporting Accuracy

- Assist in Research and Development of other methods of Advertising and Customer Retention

- Provide Support to our Sales Staff - Positive Attitudes - Motivation - Assistance when needed.

Programs and tools we utilize: Quickbase - Sales Gene USA - Campaign Monitor - Adobe Creative Suite - Podio - Power Point - Publisher - SharePoint - WestFax - One Note - Word - Excel

Ideal candidates will be enrolled in college (with a concentration in Marketing), demonstrate strong initiative, and show they're an outgoing creative thinker. Candidates must have good verbal/written communication skills, the desire and passion to learn how to utilize all advertising & marketing mediums.

We require our staff to have the ability to work independently on multiple assignments at a time. Don't waste your time unless you're ready to jump into the deep end of the pool and really learn how to develop a business and on a tight deadline.

Most importantly, you must be a cultural fit. We don't hire someone just looking for a J-O-B. Who will punch a clock and give the bare minimum to get a paycheck. We operate in a team environment and collaborate on a daily basis. If you want to work by yourself, go play solitaire.

The position is part time, 20-30 hours a week between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m, paying $10 to $12 an hour depending on experience.
