Billing InformationSemi-Trailer Big Box uses a 12 month calendar billing cycle to ensure you receive the best rates on the market. In order to simplify your billing, we will prorate the first month's bill at the beginning of a new rental lease agreement. After the first month's billing cycle, all charges will be billed as of the first of each month. What Does this Mean? This means that you will only have one bill, once a month, rather than our competitors 28-day billing cycle, saving you money! Just take a look at the example below and you can easily see your savings in choosing Semi-trailer Big Box over the competition. Invoice Due DateAll invoice are due upon receipt. Interest will be due and payable at the rate of 2% per month for all amounts unpaid after thirty days from the invoice date. Specialized InvoicingIf you request specialized invoicing, please notify us. We will be happy to accommodate your request Personal Property FeesOn all invoices on a monthly basis, you will be assessed a personal property fee of $3.00 / unit. This personal property fee covers our property fees assessed to Semi-Trailer Big Box for each piece of equipment owned. Our Termination PolicySince we do our monthly billing in advance, if you need to terminate your rental, be sure to call in to our local branch office by the end of the current month in order to avoid the next monthly billing cycle. There will be no prorating at the end of a termination. Please note that if a termination is called in, be sure that the equipment is empty. If our driver comes to remove the terminated equipment and it is loaded with debris or is inaccessible, we will charge a "dry-run" fee in the amount of your pick-up fee listed on the lease agreement.
